We believe that reporting communicates the following:

  • The progress of students’ development
  • Areas for growth and areas of concern – goal setting
  • Involvement from various stakeholders
  • Values of the school in line with the units of inquiry

Reporting will inform future teaching and assessment practices. We will issue reports throughout the academic year as follows:

October Interim progress reports
November Parent/teacher conference
December Full diagnostic reports
February Interim progress reports
March Parent teacher conference
June/July Full diagnostic reports

We value self-reflection and parent participation in the reporting process and we will therefore be incorporating a Learner Profile self-reflection for students to complete at home, under parental guidance.
