In today’s modern society it is important that students develop wellness as a component of their education. Physical, emotional, social, spiritual wellbeing are the fundamental cornerstones of a well-adjusted, happy and resilient student who is developing cognitive skills in line with the chronological development of his/her peers. PSPE allows students to think critically and creatively whilst making important decisions on exercise, healthy lifestyle etc. It is imperative that students reflect upon themselves and their experiences in relation to their personal growth. Physical, emotional and social wellbeing will be integrated in the curriculum through the units of inquiry and trans-disciplinary skills.
